Drop-In Sessions

Please note that there will only be a drop in session on Wednesdays during vacations

We offer drop-in sessions every day (except Friday) between 11 am - 1pm and 2 pm - 4 pm (6 pm on Monday and Wednesday) .This means that you may be able to see a Welfare Advisor in a confidential one to one setting without booking an appointment. 

When you arrive for a drop - in session please let the receptionist know you would like to see a Welfare Advisor and pick up a number and form.  
  
Drop - ins operate on a first come, first served basis, so you will need to wait in our waiting area until it is your turn to be seen.
