Preparing for your drop in/appointment

Sometimes there will be no preparation you need to do. However, you will need to make sure you have all the relevant facts and information necessary to enable you to discuss your situation with an adviser.
We will need to see any relevant documents relating to the matter you are asking about. We will also need to see your valid University ID card.
