20-Minute Book-on-the-Day Writing Tutorials
At The Centre for Academic Writing (CAW)
CAW has introduced 20-minute book-on-the-day writing tutorials for students who need immediate advice to clarify a specic issue, problem or question relating to a writing assignment.
Students should be prepared to focus on a section of their assignment (e.g. their introduction or conclusion) and should also bring their assignment brief and one or two specic questions they have about their writing.
20-minute book-on-the-day appointments are available in CAW at the following times:
Monday 10am - 12pm
Tuesday 2pm - 4pm
Wednesday 2pm - 4pm
Thursday 11am - 1pm
Friday 2pm - 4pm
These appointments can be booked from 9.00am on the day at the CAW Reception in the Frederick Lanchester Annexe.
