IT Services – Password Changes
If your IT access password has expired for some reason, then this is something that you can easily manage yourself.
You can reset it from HERE by simply re-registering yourself.
You’ll need your Student ID card (for a reference number), and your date of birth (year/Month/Day)
Alternatively, if you are in the Library, then next to the IT Service Desk (Ground Floor near lifts and stair-well), there are a couple of self-service screens from where you can also do this.
If you still have a problem then you’ll need to contact the Service Desk staff for help (see here for details).
