Hall Rep Meetings
Halls Reps are expected to attend two different types of scheduled meeting...
1. Halls Rep Committee
These meetings take place once per term. Representatives from the following departments are invited to join Halls Reps at these meetings:
- Residences and Accommodation
- Computer Services
- Protection Services
- Estates
- Catering (where applicable)
- Executive Committee (CUSU)
- Advice and Support Centre (CUSU)
- Sports Centre
The meetings last for an hour and are chaired by Halls Reps and minuted by Students' Union Staff. Halls Reps will be split into the following groups for these meetings:
- Priory and Quadrant, Lynden, Pillar Box, Lynden, Apollo & Radford Road
- Singer and University Houses
- UNITE Properties and Liberty Living properties
2. Halls Reps meetings with CUSU
These meetings take place at the start of each term and are more informal than Committee meetings.
Official minutes are not taken at these meetings although notes are taken of issues.
They are held by the Vice President representation and the Student Representation Co-ordinator and all Halls Reps are invited to attend.
