The Course Rep system is in place to provide a forum for students and University staff to meet to discuss any issues or feedback students may have regarding their course.  Staff may be unaware of student issues whilst students may not know why courses are structured in a particular way.  Student Forums are a great place to work with academics to create solutions for the problems on your course, as well as to give positive feedback and spread good practice.
