CUSU Elections to Executive Committee and Student Council 2012/13

Following a number of complaints from members it has been decided by the Returning Officer that the fairness of the above elections held between 20th and 22nd March were compromised and that they are therefore declared null and void with the exception to three posts contested.

The elections will therefore be run again from the following dates:
Nominations open: Friday 30th March to 20th April
Question Time: 30 April (time to be confirmed)
Voting: 1st to 3rd May

The rerun elections will be by paper ballot and therefore polling stations will be situated in the Library and the Hub; the exact hours of opening of polling stations will be announced later.

As the first electronic ballot is null and void Re-open Nominations will appear on the ballot papers in accordance with the CUSU Election Bye Laws.
