For day trips, fill out the following forms and send them to the office:

If you decide on a residential (overnight) domestic trip for your society in the UK and have a draft itinerary and dates for your trip, you will need to fill out the following forms and send them to email@example.com:
The Societies Coordinator will then arrange a meeting with you to discuss the trip, and put timelines in place.

If you decide on an international trip for your society in the UK, the office can put you in touch with a suitable tour company who can help you create a package for your society. Once you have a draft itinerary and dates for your trip, you will need to fill out the following forms and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org:

For all trips off-campus, we require next of kin contact details for everyone travelling at least 24 hours before your departure. Please send completed forms to email@example.com
