Don't forget every Saturday is the Coventry Parkrun! Join some of us as well as hundreds of local Coventry runners at the War Memorial Park Parkrun.
The event is FREE and starts at 9am so aim to be there at 8.45 to get yourself set up. The run is 5km and you can run, walk or jog your way around to the finish.
You must sign up at www.parkrun.org.uk/coventry and print and bring your barcode to be scanned at the end of the run (this is how you find out your time and position).
