Students' Union Assistant
£9.09 per hour (including holiday pay)
Are you a student at Coventry University and are looking for part-time work during our Welcome Week? Are you a confident student who can talk and can promote CUSU’s events and activities? Can you initiate conversations with students across campus to raise our profile and discuss the range of benefits we can offer to students? Then look no further and come and work for us!
You will be working across university campus including our reception areas, speaking to students about upcoming events, assisting in ticket sales, dealing with general enquiries, and operating mobile stalls. This post will also consist of cash handling and assisting with general administrative duties.
You must hold exceptional communication skills and be confident speaking to people, together with good IT skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office packages. You must be numerate with excellent customer service skills and have a friendly disposition.
You will need to be available for training from the week commencing 9th September 2019 and available to work during our Welcome Week.
