This role will also include the checking process of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications.
Salary £20,684 pa

This role will also include the checking process of Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) applications.
You must be an enthusiastic and a proactive individual who has excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads within timescales and meet deadlines. You will have experience of working in a busy administrative environment in a customer facing role.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and hold a minimum of a Level 2 Qualification in Customer Service and/or Business Administration (or be willing to work towards) or have equivalent experience.
An ability to update e-learning programmes (e.g. Moodle) together with experience of using a student record system or similar and knowledge of processing DBS applications is highly desirable.
This post is full-time working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. A flexible approach to working hours is required. Please note that this post will be working remotely initially, however when restrictions are lifted will be required to work on-site as required.
