An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Student Voice Team at Coventry University Students’ Union. The focus of the role will be to develop student led representation systems, enabling quality student feedback to ensure that students are central to Union decision making and support an excellent student experience. In this key role will provide direct support to student representatives, and liaise with elected officers, CUSU staff and a wide range of University staff to ensure a high quality of student input into the University’s decision-making processes.
This role is perfect for someone who believes in the power of student representation, community and the importance of empowering students. It would suit someone who wants to develop their administration, communication, organisation, supervisory and people skills.
You will have a good grasp of key issues in higher education which directly affect students, as well as experience of project planning. You must also hold excellent IT skills and be highly oraganised with an attention to detail.
This post is permanent working full-time 37.5 hours per week. A flexible approach to working hours is required. Please note that this post will be required to work on an agile basis.
