An opportunity within our Student Voice Team has arisen to recruit an enthusiastic and vibrant individual who can support the provision of student representation. You will be working with a diverse range of students and hold the relevant skills to be able to provide administrative support to student reps. We work in a fast-paced environment where you will be required to pass information onto students quickly and accurately.
You will be a key contact for all student reps, dealing with their enquiries daily by phone, email and face to face. You will also be responsible for ensuring student rep databases and timetables are kept up to date which will involve communication with academic staff within the university.
You will hold excellent IT skills with the ability to create and maintain administrative systems. You must also have excellent communication skills and be highly organised with attention to detail.
This post is working full-time 37.5 hours per week on a secondment until 30th June 2017. A flexible approach to working hours is required.
