Are you a confident student with excellent customer care and IT skills that can assist our Operations Team and support CUSU Reception?
If you hold excellent communications skills and have a good understanding of confidentiality together with a polite and friendly manner, then we would like to hear from you!
You will be the first point of contact to deal with enquires from students, staff, university staff and external contacts in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that general queries are dealt with efficiently. You must have exceptional communication skills and hold some customer service experience.
