Coventry University Students’ Union is looking for a dynamic and inspirational worker who can work confidently, proactively, on their own initiative and in partnership to provide innovative and engaging Community Wellbeing and mental health services for our students, on an individual and group basis to a diverse student population. You will develop, deliver and coproduce a range of Community Well Being activities and services, to deliver life changing support to our students in achieving their goals and improve their wellbeing, particularly focusing on our hard to reach student groups.
Duties will include providing support to help young people in education recover from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic by delivering events and activities aimed at promoting student wellbeing, health and peer support throughout the student journey.
You must hold a degree or have significant experience in supporting mental health and wellbeing for young people. Experience of working on wellbeing community projects, including digital campaigns and of planning and delivering workshops and training on mental health, wellbeing and peer support is essential.

This post is temporary for one year, working full-time 37.5 hours per week, however a flexible approach to working hours is required. Please note that this post will be working remotely initially, however when restrictions are lifted will be required to work on-site as required.
