Our Women in Business Conference hosted by our D&I officer Esther Taiwo was a huge success!

We were joined by a range of professionals from industries such as Investment Banking, Tech, Professional services and many more.

It was very inspirational to hear our speakers' success and career stories.

Furthermore, we discussed the problem with the lack of female professionals in these industries and the difficulties faced due to this problem, further to this we discussed the ways this is combated through the various programmes and charities such are GAIN - Girls Are Investors.

During our Q&A session we were given a range of advice on networking, facing rejection and how to stand out when applying to internships and graduate jobs.
