Coventry University are offering up to 10 Santander bursaries worth around £1000 per individual to Care Leaver students currently studying at Coventry University. The bursary will enable you to gain access to Coventry University’s flagship project, Global Leaders Programme at no cost (enrolment to the programme is normally £300).
The bursary can also be used to support broad academic-related activity – for example attendance at a conference/workshop and associated costs such as travel.
A little bit more about the Global Leaders Programme:
The GLP is tailored to sit around your studies and provide exclusive opportunities beyond the classroom. You will be able to develop your leadership skills for a global workplace whilst meeting and interacting with VIP global leaders from industries such as Google, Microsoft and the UK Health Service and hear about their career journey and tips for success. You have the opportunity to learn a new language, see and experience how companies operate in other countries such as Brazil, Dubai, Hong Kong, then this programme could be a very exciting opportunity for you!
The programme works well regardless of your subject specialism, is separate to your course of study, and is designed to help you to develop the skills and networks needed to be successful in the global workplace.
You can find out more about the Global Leaders Programme by visiting http://www.coventry.ac.uk/GLP
