These events are strictly for Coventry University and CU Group students. Official University ID may be required to attend any event. If you are not a Coventry University or CU Group student you will not be permitted to attend CUSU events and no refunds will be given to those trying to do so.
All licensed activity (i.e. alcohol) is strictly only open to those aged 18 or above only. In order to gain entry to events where alcohol is being served, you must show one of the following forms of 18+ age verification ID: passport, driving license or PASS accredited card (see www.pass-scheme.org.uk for details). Failure to present one of these forms of ID at the venue will result in you not being able to attend the event.
Event tickets are non-transferable once booked or purchased. If Coventry University Students’ Union (CUSU) are no longer able to offer Freshers Events due to government restrictions or other changes beyond our control, we will endeavor to provide suitable replacement events. If this is not possible, due to government restrictions or other changes beyond our control, Coventry University Students’ Union will refund the fee you have paid for the event or a portion of the Freshers Pass fee equivalent to the value of the unused portion of your Freshers Pass. Booking fees are controlled by a third-party provider and they are used to cover administration and bank charges, therefore CUSU would be unable to offer a refund on this portion of the payment.
You may receive specific time slots to attend events. This is to help with the safe management of entry and it is important you stick to the times given. We cannot allow entry if you do not arrive at the time and date given.
Rights of admission are reserved by each venue.
Venues will be following strict procedures to comply with current government guidance at the time of each event. This may include a requirement to show a negative Covid-19 test or a requirement to prove Covid-19 vaccination status. Anyone not adhering to venue requirements will not be permitted to attend the event.
All events have limited capacities so space cannot be guaranteed.
You may be contacted via e-mail, text message or phone, for the purpose of this event and ticket fulfilment.
In order to adhere to official Government guidance, CUSU may be required to pass on your contact information, as well as dates and times of your visit to NHS Track & Trace or Public Health departments. CUSU will only share your details if they are requested.
Right of Admission Reserved. Admission Right can be refused to any person at the discretion of management.
