Girlguiding UK is the largest voluntary organisation for girls and young women in this country.
Unit Helper / Assistant Leader / Leader/ IT Admin Support
This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.
As a volunteer you can help assist in the planning and running of weekly meetings and activities for different age groups (Rainbows 5-7); (Brownies 7–10); Guides (10-14) Rangers (14+) e.g. crafts, games, cooking, badge work and other learning opportunities for the girls.
As a volunteer Admin/Accounts/IT assistant you would assist in entering programme achievements, accounts etc onto a computer system.
Hours per week
Varied depending on role.
Between 5pm-9.30pm each week (school term time only). Times and evenings vary, depending on group.
Full Training provided including safeguarding, first-aid and In-house Girlguiding training.
All areas of Coventry.

Certain expenses can be claimed, but as this is a voluntary organisation substantial funds are not available on a regular basis.
