Therapy service Receptionist

This opportunity takes place from 09 Sep 2019. Applications closed on 17 Sep.

To be the first point of contact for clients and guests to the Swan Centre and to provide general support with reception and to the CRMC therapy Services staff, sessional therapists and counsellors. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain experience working with a Therapy Service and in a Therapeutic environments.

Various shifts available Minimum of 4 hours per day Monday - Friday between 9-5 pm

Training available

1 Full day training. On the job training and close supervision.

Time commitment

Due to the nature of the work and the training invested in our volunteers we would like volunteers to commit a minimum of 3 months to supporting the centre


Support of the centre volunteer co-ordinator to ensure you are developing the skills you need and help you gain any new skills you feel you may want. On the job support from therapy services managers and Administrative staff to support you in your role.
