City Tours Research Volunteer

Are you someone who enjoys learning and has a passion to discover the city you study in? Then we have the perfect remote volunteering opportunity for you. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated student volunteers to take part in our new City Tours Volunteering Project.
Over the course of this project you will have the opportunity to create a bespoke tour of what makes Coventry city all that it is, through creating different themed tours that highlight everything from historical buildings, to social hot spots and must see leisure venues that every person should experience. You will be responsible for helping to develop the content of these city tours, that will not only help to welcome fellow students and visits to the city, but also allow others to enjoy your favourite places and make people feel at home in Coventry. This project is covid-19 safe being online based and digitally managed, and can be completed from the comfort of your own space.

Volunteers are committed to the project once signed up and accepted, doing a minimum of 4 hours a week throughout the duration of this project.
Online support and guidance is provided throughout the project, and is available to you via our digital zoom project check ins and regular emails. You will receive a digital zoom project brief at the beginning of this project, outlining project timescales, outcomes and responsibilities.
