Enjoy interacting with a range of people? If so, we are offering a receptionist role as part of our Volunteer Placement. You will be asked to welcome visitors and clients, ensuring that they are booked in, maintain attendance registers and direct clients to the staff who can help them.??We will provide any necessary training and you will be supported by the volunteer coordinator throughout.

Your daily tasks will include: Welcoming visitors; Greeting and looking after visitors; Ensuring that everyone sign in; Maintaining volunteer attendance register; Booking Appointments; Using office equipment and Ensuring Covid regulations are followed. You may also be asked to answer the phone and deal with enquires.

We also offer regular training sessions in employability skills such as CV building, Interview skills, Health and Safety, Communication etc.

As part of your placement, you will have a Volunteer Coordinator who will support you through your volunteering.
