The Coventry Somali Students (CSS) is a society for all Somali students in Coventry University. The society is established on the second term of the academic year 2007-2008 by Warsame Jama & Abdi Farah (Purposers).

Voted for the academic year:  2009 - 2010.

Executives..................have been votes:

Salah (Pr); Ayan (VP); Arafat (Tr) & Shukri (Sc).

Officials.....can come forward.

The roles of the CSS Society are defined amongst the members of the society. Every role has two positions to suit the members’ academic responsibilities and provide the Coventry University Somali students a full functioning society.

Officials: Spokesman (Ahmed A. Jama[F]), Vice President ( Nasra Ali[M]), Organizers (Mohamed Jama[F]; Husen Ismail[M] & Leila Abdull[M]), Advisors (Sainab Mohamoud[M])  and  Ambassodor/Liasion (Abdi Farah[Sc])

Society Program:

 

The objectives of the society are to provide the Somali students in Coventry University a helping hand and guidance through the academic years from the members of the society's previews experiences.

The CSS Society is to make aware and share the Somali culture with students in Coventry University. The society is to build a bridge in the gap between other students and the Somali students in Coventry University.
