My name is Rowland A. J. Ndukuba, I am 22 years old. I was born and raised in Italy by Nigerian parents, thus I grew up with Italian and Nigerian culture, making me able to understand, from a young age, essential live concepts such as intercultural diversity, integration, unity etc... My father is the President of the Nigerian Community of my hometown, Bologna. Whilst my mother is a language and cultural mediator, therefore from both parents I improved exponentially my overall social and interpersonal skills. I moved to Coventry almost 2 years ago with my family to continue my studies. I am currently a second year student of Manufacturing Engineering, a student ambassador and Course Rep hence I'm learning English culture. 

Due to my intercultural background and university roles, I learnt how to represent an institution to an audience efficiently and in a high manner, even under pressure. Moreover, I learnt how to deal with people from different backgrounds and cultures, so I have good communication, problem solving skills and uplifting people making them understand their worth in society. 

Finally, I am suitable for the School Rep role and I will be the perfect connection point between students and university.
