Dear Madam/ Sir,

I am writing this as part of the School Rep application process.

I feel that I would be the best person for the role of the School Rep for the 2018/19 academic year because of my personality, passion and confidence. I love everything about Coventry University, along with engineering and it is these two reasons as to why I am studying here. Being able to combined these two into the role of School rep would allow to be enthusiastic about everything that I love about being at university. It would give me the opportunity to develop what is currently in place and make it even better for future student so they can receive the most of their experience at the the university. It would also allow me to become part of of a greater community and be able to communicate with more than just who interact with as part of as my course.

While at college, I was both one of the Council Executives and Head Prefect. These were award to me due to my confidence, enthusiasm and hard work ethic. I feel that both of these experiences have allowed me to grow as a person and develop skills that will be vital to being the School Rep; some examples being, being able to speak in front of people and representing people's views.
