We are presenting our production of Footloose: The Musical!
Based on the 1984 film, this story follows Ren McCormack who moves from busy Chicago to the small midwestern town of Bomont, where he is shocked to discover that the Reverend has made music and dancing illegal! As he struggles to fit in, Ren faces an uphill battle to change things. With the help of his new friend, Willard Hewitt, and defiant teen Ariel Moore, he might loosen up this conservative town. But Ariel's influential father, Reverend Shaw Moore, stands in the way.
Featuring top 80s classics such as: Footloose, Let's Hear it for the boy, and Holding out for a Hero!
This musical is full of fun, spirit and great dancing!
Come along to see what our society has been doing this year - we boast a society of around 30 members who all rehearse 3 times a week to prepare this fantastic show.
We cant wait to 'get loose' during Footloose.
