We have recently updated our Complaints and Disciplinary Regulations at CUSU, through our Board of Trustees. The aim of introducing these new regulations was to make the process for complaints and disciplinary both fairer and in line with university procedures. We have also introduced a new ‘Membership Code of Conduct’ which is intended to ensure that all members of CUSU have the best possible experience whilst they are studying at Coventry University.
