About Women in Engineering
Who are we?
We are a community made up of a diverse group of students (both male and female) from many different backgrounds, all brought together through engineering. If you are someone doing an engineering or engineering related degree come along and join us!
What do we do?
We offer a wide range of activities and opportunities through our society for members to relax and socialise as well as preparing them for potential placements and learning about the engineering world around us. Our events can range from pub quizzes to boxing to CV Workshops.
Why should you join?
We have a HUGE range of activities lined up this year for all students!
Whether you're focused on academics and need career development help (CV's, Cover Letter, LinkedIn advice) or you want to de-stress and socialise with some other students on a laser-tag quest: we are the society, with the variety for you!!
