Sport Excellence Awards

Our Sport Excellence scheme rewards performance, both team and individual, engagement with their communities, and club activities. At CUSU, we want our clubs to be rewarded withn bronze, silver or gold excellence awards.

The Process

Stage 1: Award Application

As you meet the requirements of each rosette a committee member can fill in the application form and submit your application for approval. You must be able to evidence how you have met each requirement and must have followed CUSU’s policies and procedures.

The criteria will show you how many requirements you must meet to move onto the next level of the scheme. Clubs must be accredited as a Bronze before moving onto the silver application form and, similarly, must be accredited as a Silver before moving onto Gold.

Stage 2: Submission and Review

Once your application is completed online and submitted, your coordinator will review your application and get back to you with the result of your submission.

Stage 3: Recognition

When you have achieved your respective level of accreditation, we will award your society with the relevant rosette on your mini site, feature you on our social media pages and you will be formally part of the Sport Excellence Award.
