City Host Community Activator
This opportunity is ongoing, with no end date.
Coventry City Culture of Trust in partnership with EnV and CUSU are recruiting more than 5,000 volunteers to be part of its City Hosts Programme.
As a City Hosts Community Activator you will be a confident communicator and you may have supervisory responsibility for small teams of City Host Volunteers. Engaging with the local community to encourage participation in the City Hosts Programme, you will have contact with a wide age range, to ensure the City Hosts Programmes engages participants that are representative of the City. You will also be directly supporting the individual Event/Volunteer Managers. You will lead by example and help provide a positive volunteer experience.
Support promotion of events
Support volunteers throughout their volunteering experience
You could also support with:
Meeting and greeting volunteers at events
Assist with the running of events
You may also directly support individual Event(s)/Volunteer Managers.
You will lead by example and help provide a positive volunteer experience.
Shifts will be approximately three hours. You will be able to provide preferred availability.
You must complete all mandatory training.
