Whether you're a runner, walker or wheeler, join our new free digital running club for students and staff across the Coventry University Group -

Getting away from our computer screens and online meetings outdoors into the fresh air has never been so important not only for our physical health but our mental health too. Running every day is thought to bring with it health benefits. Studies show that running just 5 to 10 minutes each day at a moderate pace may help reduce your risk of death from heart attacks, strokes, and other common diseases.

With the necessary restrictions to protect public health from Lockdown I & II now coming to an end across the country, we're seeing the effects of this social distancing mounting up and increasing our loneliness. Be part of a community of students and staff who want to increase their health and happiness and get involved.
