As lockdown exercise is increasing don’t forget about food! 

Healthy eating benefits are enormous! From a sports perspective we have other aspects to consider. Output vs input is vital, recognising what exercise we are doing and the diet requirements that follow. Understanding what food groups are broken down into is also key, being able to recognise what you are putting in your body is essential. Don’t get lost in supplements, food is always the best answer.
