Mind has also put together a great article on Christmas coping tips - especially for students who are unable to travel during the break so make sure you use your new-found digital abilities to stay in touch over the winter period. There's also #WinterwithCUSU programme which has a range of brilliant activities taking place over the winter break for you to get involved with no matter where you are.
