As a digital support volunteer, you will be a key part of our wellbeing offer throughout December, supporting our volunteers and staff as they run online events over Zoom. This includes monitoring the chat box, replying to messages and keeping a note of attendance of the event.
Skills and experience required:
You must be confident in how to use Zoom and be able to guide people over the phone when trying to access online events.
Role is subject to a DBS check.
